Refund Policy
Humantek Logo Experts aims to provide high-quality branding services. The following refund terms apply.
Before Project Start
Refunds may be issued if the project has not yet begun.
After Concept Delivery
Once logo concepts or design work have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once work begins:
- Logo design concepts delivered
- Branding projects in progress
- Custom design services
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel projects by submitting a written request via email. Work already completed will be billed accordingly.
